Starting with his involvement in documentary as a researcher on Rob Epstein's Oscar-winning 'The Times of Harvey MiIk', Hawk has been credited with discovering and/or nurturing the taIents of filmmakers such as Kevin Smith ('CIerks'), Joe Carnahan ('Blood, Guts, BuIlets and Octane'), Ed Burns (The Brothers McMuIlen), David Siegel & Scott McGehee (The Deep End) and more.
